Customer feedback
The authenticity of Saari Taika's feedback
Reviews with "Verified buyer" next to the submitter's name have confirmed that they have placed an order in our online store and used the product in question, and have only left a review via the feedback link sent to those who ordered the product. We know the confirmed buyer's details (e.g. full name, address, e-mail address) and order number.
How do we collect feedback and how is it verified?
When a customer orders from our online store, we send him a feedback survey by email shortly after. Through the link in the e-mail, the customer can review his purchase, which will then appear in our online store with the first name and initial of the last name of the reviewer. The feedback also shows the date the feedback was submitted and the sign ''Verified buyer''. This sign indicates that the feedback giver has placed an order from our online store and is therefore a confirmed buyer.
We see the information of each feedback giver (e.g. full name, address, email address) and the order number, based on which we can check which products the customer has used and confirm that the customer has actually ordered the product.
We also receive a lot of customer feedback about the use of our products via e-mail or, for example, as a private message on Instagram. The conversation with the customer remains for us.
You can also leave a review in our online store directly through the online store, i.e. not all feedback will necessarily come via the feedback survey link sent to the email. In this case, there is no mention of a confirmed buyer after the reviewer's name.
