I did not receive order confirmation
If you have not received a confirmation message about the receipt of your order, your order has not reached us. It is important to wait for the browser to transfer you back to our online store after payment, so that the order is registered with us.
However, if a payment has gone out of your account, please note that the order confirmation may also end up in the spam folder or another possible folder, and messages sent by companies in Gmail can often end up in the Offers tab. So please check these folders and if you don't find the order confirmation, please send us another message. You will also not receive the order confirmation if you have accidentally entered your e-mail address in the order incorrectly.
You can see the status of your order by logging into your own account in the online store (in the menu on the top right of the profile icon, point "My account") and looking for the order number of the order in question there. The status of the order is shown on the right under: "Delivery status:"
You can see the progress of your package in the "Your order from Saaren Taika Shop is now on its way!" received in your email. from the message under "Tracking ID".
What are the shipping costs?
Hello! The postage depends on the delivery method you choose. Delivery to a Posti collection point costs €6.90, delivery to a Matkahuolto collection point costs €6.90, and delivery to your door costs €9.90. A small order, e.g. one mascara or shea cream, can fit through the mailbox and costs €5.90.
I want to cancel / edit my order
You can edit your order or cancel it in three different ways:

Immediately after ordering on the online shopping platform

From your own order history (if you have an account in our online store)
Please note that if your order has already been processed, unfortunately it cannot be changed.
