Puhdistamon Tripla Rauta on vahva ja monipuolinen rautavalmiste. Se rakentuu kahden korkealaatuisen rautamuodon pohjalle: rautabisglysinaatin ja ferrofumaraatin. Rautabisglysinaatti ja ferrofumaraatti ovat molemmat Fe2+ -muotoista non-hemirautaa.
Kolmantena, uniikkina komponenttina tuotteessa on mukana laktoferriiniä. Laktoferriini on glykoproteiini, joka sisältää itsessään hieman rautaa.
Tuotteeseen on lisätty myös C-vitamiinia, joka lisää entisestään raudan imeytymistä.
Mihin rautaa sitten tarvitaan? Rauta auttaa muun muassa vähentämään väsymystä ja uupumusta, sekä edistää normaalia punaisten verisolujen ja hemoglobiinin muodostumista.
Raudan määrää elimistössä voidaan mitata verikokeissa hemoglobiini- ja ferritiiniarvojen kautta. Onkin suositeltavaa aina mittauttaa omat rauta-arvonsa ennen rautavalmisteen käyttöönottoa, sillä rautaa ei saa syödä liikaa.
Parhaan imeytymisen takaamiseksi Puhdistamon Tripla Rauta on paras ottaa tyhjään vatsaan. Kannattaa myös välttää kalsiumvalmisteiden sekä kahvin ja teen nautimista samaan aikaan, sillä ne heikentävät raudan imeytymistä.
