Did your package return to us before you could pick it up?
You can order a reshipment of your package by purchasing this product and paying the costs incurred for returning the package and postage normally (uncollected package €7.90 + delivery costs according to our current price list).
Why does an unclaimed package and resending cost?
The transport company charges approx. 15€ for returning, storing and resending the package, in addition to which our salaried staff at the warehouse handles the return of the package by opening, checking and documenting the products and, if you wish, repacking your order.
We deliver all products from our warehouse in Pernio. Orders placed before 10 a.m. on weekdays are generally shipped the same day. Our delivery time is 1-2 business days.
We use Posti and Matkahuolto.
We offer free delivery for purchases over €89 and free home delivery for purchases over €99.
