Use:Apply the cold gel to the skin area to be treated and massage gently until the gel is completely absorbed. The gel can be applied to the area to be treated approx. every 3-6 hours. Not recommended for children or pregnant women. Keep out of reach of children. Be careful not to get the substance in the eyes or mucous membranes.

Tip:After using the gel, first wipe the excess gel residue on paper and throw the paper in the trash before washing your hands. This prevents the gel from entering the drain, which helps to reduce the load on waterways - this applies even if the gel is environmentally friendly.
