How to prevent dryness caused by hand washing
When you're busy in the kitchen, hand washing is a must. Every chef knows that you need to wash your hands many times during baking and cooking. At the same time, many Finns, myself included, suffer from atopic or otherwise dry skin on their hands. Frequent washing, hot water, and even the ingredients used in baking can dry out your hands quickly.
That's why I want to first share a few of my own tips on how to save dry hands in the midst of everyday life, before we dive into the blueberry pie recipe.
Who else could advise on the most effective moisturizer than someone whose hands have been fighting dryness for almost 50 years?

I've learned that the most important thing is to lock in moisture in your skin right after cooking . That's why I put together the perfect set for the blueberry pie baker!
The set contains everything you need: Chamomile Shea Butter that protects and reduces itching, and Tea Tree Soap that is gentle and won't dry out your hands. You can now get these products at a great price in the Leipurin Kädet Kuntoon - Blueberry Pie set.
