I did not receive an order confirmation.
If you have not received a confirmation email that your order has been received, your order has not been received by us. It is important to wait for your browser to redirect you back to our online store after payment so that the order is registered with us.
However, if your account has been charged, please note that the order confirmation may also end up in your spam folder or other possible folders, and in Gmail, messages sent by companies can often end up in the Offers tab. So please check these folders and if you cannot find the order confirmation, please send us a new message. The order confirmation will also not arrive if you have accidentally entered your email address incorrectly in the order.
You can see the status of your order by logging into your account in the online store (in the menu at the top right, under the profile icon, select "My account") and searching for the order number for the order in question. The order status is displayed on the right under: "Delivery status:"
You can see the progress of your package in the message “Your order from Saaren Taika Shop is now on its way!” that you received in your email, under “Tracking ID”.
What are the shipping costs?
Hi! The shipping cost depends on the delivery method you choose. Delivery to a Posti pickup point costs €6.90, delivery to a Matkahuolto pickup point costs €6.90 and delivery to your door costs €9.90. A small order, e.g. one mascara or shea butter, can be delivered through the postbox and costs €5.90.
I want to cancel/modify my order
You can modify or cancel your subscription in three different ways:

Immediately after ordering on the online shopping platform

From your own order history (if you have an account with our online store)
Please note that if your order has already been processed, unfortunately you can no longer make changes to it.
